- Received Research Grant for an amount of USD 5,000 (Five thousand) from Institute for Advanced Research of United International University (UIU), Bangladesh and Accounting Research Institute of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia for carrying out joint research on Financial Criminology for a duration of one year effective from 1 April 2022.
- Received Research Grant for an amount of BDT 1,000,000.00+ (One million+) jointly funded by Institute for Advanced Research (IAR) of UIU and Australian Academy of Business Leadership (AABL), Sydney for carrying out research related to university administration as a Principal Investigator with the researchers from CQ University, Sydney and Kent Institute Australia, Sydney for a period of two years from 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2023.
- Received Research Grant for an amount of BDT 4,99,000.00 (Four lac ninety-nine thousand) from Institute for Advanced Research of UIU for carrying out research in Human Resource Management as a Principal Investigator with the researchers from Central Queensland University, Australia for a period of one year till 15 March 2021 and the project was successfully completed on time.
- Acted as a Resource Trainer for Executive Development Program (EDP) under the Ministry of Finance, Govt. of Bangladesh at the University of Textiles (BUTex), a specialized public university in Bangladesh during 2019-2020.
- Led a team as the Convener for “Formulating Faculty KPI” and completed the project on time at Daffodil International University in 2018.
- Received the “The Ultimate HR Guru” Award by Stamford University Bangladesh in association with HR Bangladesh Limited on 25 November 2017.
- Received Research Grant from the ARI-Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) funded by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia for the duration of 1 March 2016–28 February and the project was successfully completed on time.
- Received Best Paper Award 2015 in the International Conference on Islamic Economics, Governance and Social Enterprise, jointly organized by ARI-Universiti Teknologi Mara-Malaysia, Zakat Research Institute of Malaysia, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia-Malaysia, International Islamic University Chittagong-Bangladesh, Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, Indonesia held on 14-15 December 2015 at Melaka, Malaysia.
- Received IDB Best Paper Award 2015 in the Islamic Economic System Conference, jointly organized by Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia-Malaysia, International Islamic University Chittagong Bangladesh, Islamic Research and Training Institute-IDB-KSA and Fatoni University- Thailand held on 29-30 September 2015 at Krabi, Thailand.
